Ireland’s top insulation company insulates commercial, residential, and industrial buildings.

HOME INSULATION

Carbon Taxes is no longer a luxury but a must, to properly insulate your home so you can save money on heating bills and prevent your expensive heat from escaping through the roof. Spray foam insulation is widely recognised as the best form of insulation in achieving an airtight seal in your attic. As well as not being able to provide an air-tight seal, traditional insulation types such as particle based fibreglass can lead to health issues such as respiratory ailments due to the inhalation of particles. Since it is applied between the rafters rather than on the floor, you will never have to worry about burst pipes, finding cables under fibre glass, or heat escaping through the loft access hatch.

COMMERCIAL INSULATION

Warehouse and manufacturing plants are often cold and damp places and make for uncomfortable working environments. However with our advanced spray foam insulation we can help make your warehouse a warm and comfortable environment. Spray foam is also perfect for use in factories & plants as it can form perfectly insulated layers in small and awkward spaces.

At innovate insulation we also understand the need to make an environment as comfortable as possible for working in. With our warehouse insulation we can help keep a place warm in the winter and cool in the summer.

Our spray foam insulation system will also eradicate the formation of condensation. Condensation can damage stock and also create health and safety issues. We want to help you make your place an enjoyable and safe place to work.

VENT CARDS

A vent card, also known as a ventilation baffle or a ventilation chute, is a thin, flexible plastic card that is used in spray foam insulation applications to maintain proper ventilation in the attic or crawl space.

The purpose of the vent card is to create a space for air to flow between the insulation and the roof deck, allowing for proper ventilation of the attic or crawl space. Without proper ventilation, moisture can build up, leading to mold and mildew growth, wood rot, and other issues that can compromise the structural integrity of the building and affect indoor air quality.

Open Cell

Open cell spray foam insulation is used in domestic application – attic insulation, roof insulation, floor and wall insulation. As the cells are open, water vapour is able to pass through the foam allowing your roof timbers to breath while maintaining a total airtight seal. Open cell foam is often used as sound spray insulation because, by blocking airflow, it blocks noise too. The foam itself expands to over 200 times its size allowing it to find every nook and cranny creating an airtight seal, preventing heat loss, and regulating temperature. It is one of the most versatile insulation materials on the market today.

Closed Cell

Closed cell spray foam expands less than open cell and is more compact and rigid. It is typically used to insulate steel and concrete can be used indoors and outdoors. Since it is denser, it has a higher u-value and is therefore a better insulator. Closed cell foam is almost moisture resistant and therefore can be used where dampness might be an issue. We recommend closed cell spray foam for its resistance, cost-effectiveness, and longevity.
